Before Suite Turn had a name, its standard was already being set — on a job in a couple of small towns in northeast Louisiana.
A company there was racing to house the workforce for a large project in the area — one that needed temporary housing for its crews, fast. They'd bought five roadside motels and needed them turned into clean, comfortable, move-in-ready rooms. We came in as the final piece: nobody could arrive until the rooms were ready, and making that happen, room after room, was on us.
There was no warehouse. No local skilled labor. No supply chain. Just remote towns and a ticking clock. So we built what we needed. We turned a filthy, abandoned feed store into an organized receiving hub and a build-station line. We emptied and re-inventoried container after container of furniture by hand. We hired locals and trained them on the spot — and when a deadline dropped overnight and flights fell through, we drove 22 hours from New Jersey rather than miss it.
Across the guest rooms, lobbies, patios, pool areas, kitchenettes and laundry rooms, we installed over 4,000 pieces of FF&E and OS&E — beds, case goods, lighting, window treatments, linens, and everything it takes to make a space livable. Whatever it took, the rooms were ready every time the crews arrived.
